Approximate freckle pattern, which is dusted on her entire body rather than just her face. Light enough to be completely hidden by makeup.
Hair color approximation, Ione's is a uniform shade and it's natural so there is no strangely dyed look about it. She is stuck with this color because of her grandfather's coloring and he was someone else's PC, who I am cursing right now. xD
That's not how she wears her hair, it's more of a boring uniform, fringe-less slightly-wavy shoulder length which is pinned up when doing medical things.
